About The Green Vibe Approach

Welcome to The Green Vibe, I'm Yael Schlesinger-Cherem, HHC, CLT, FLT, EPC, a certified Health and Wellness coach, certified Lymphatic Therapist and graduate of the Institute for Eating Psychology, located in Aventura, FL. My approach is about life. I practice a holistic approach to well-being that helps you reach health, happiness and balance through individual food and lifestyle choices. Are you overeating because of stress? Are you too tired to exercise? Together we’ll explore the ways that different areas of your life are connected – and see how your lifestyle affects your overall health and energy.

It’s not about the numbers. I don’t count carbs or calories, or create lists to restrict your food choices. Instead, I partner with you to discover how your lifestyle patterns work together as an organic whole. What makes you tick? My goal is to help you reach your goals – and create the balanced, healthy life that’s most rewarding for you.

During our time together, we’ll work to maximize energy, increase sleep, reduce food cravings and achieve your optimal weight – using a holistic approach uniquely tailored for you. The Green Vibe is all about you. Let’s collaborate and make your life better.
